In this episode of Tag Cabo Sportfishing, we will do grouper fishing in Cabo San Lucas. Today we will be going to fish Broomtail Grouper; a fish found in all Mexican waters of the Pacific Ocean with the exception that they are absent from the northern third of the Sea of Cortez. Usually, you can find these species in rocky areas, mangrove estuaries, and reefs at depths up to 225 feet. April to July happens to be an ideal time for fishing groupers or Cabrillas in Cabo San Lucas. By using downriggers with live bait and allowing them to go down to 200 feet, we will catch fish.
